These Terms of Service govern the online store and related services provided by Coffee & Vintage (the “Shop”). By browsing this store or purchasing an item, you agree to these Terms, the information shown on each product page, and the Shop’s policies.
Products
The Shop primarily sells pre-owned clothing and vintage items. Many items are one-of-a-kind and may show signs of wear, age, repairs, fading, odor, minor scratches, or marks. We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph each item accurately, but colors may vary by screen and measurements may vary slightly depending on method.
Prices, Orders, and Formation of Contract
Prices, shipping charges, and other conditions are shown on the product page and at checkout. Even after an order is submitted, the Shop may cancel it and refund any amount received if an item is simultaneously sold through another channel, the price or product information contains an obvious error, unauthorized use is suspected, payment fails, or another unavoidable circumstance occurs. A sales contract is formed when the Shop accepts the order and sends a shipping notification.
Payment
Available payment methods and timing are shown at checkout, and the applicable payment provider’s terms apply. Customers must provide accurate and current billing information.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
The Shipping Policy applies to delivery. The Return and Refund Policy applies to returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
Prohibited Conduct
- Use that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Orders using false information, another person’s information, or an unauthorized payment method
- Conduct that infringes the rights of the Shop, Shopify, another customer, or a third party
- Interference with store operations, attempts to bypass security, or automated unauthorized access
- Fraudulent or unreasonable bulk orders, including for unauthorized resale
Intellectual Property
Rights in text, images, logos, designs, and other content shown in this store belong to the Shop or their lawful rights holders. Except where permitted by law, such content may not be reproduced, republished, or used without permission.
Third-Party Services
This store uses Shopify and third-party payment, shipping, and other services. Each provider’s terms and privacy policy apply to those services.
Liability
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, and to the extent permitted by law, the Shop’s liability for ordinary and direct damages caused by the Shop is limited to the amount paid by the customer to the Shop for the relevant order. This clause does not restrict customer rights under the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory laws.
Changes to These Terms
The Shop may revise these Terms when reasonably necessary due to changes in law, services, or other circumstances. Revised Terms apply when posted on this store.
Governing Law
These Terms and transactions with the Shop are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be submitted in the first instance to the court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
