Price

Fees other than the item price
· Normal shipping: 800 yen. Free if the price of one order is 7,000 yen or more.
Express delivery: 1,500 yen.
In addition, your communication costs will be borne by you. The content displayed on the checkout screen takes precedence.

Delivery time of the product
As a general rule, we ship within 3 business days of confirming your order and payment. Normal shipping is 3-5 business days after shipment, express shipping is 1-2 business days after shipment. Remote islands and some areas may be delayed due to weather, traffic, busy seasons, and other unavoidable circumstances.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Except for defective items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed due to differences in appearance, sizing issues, ordering errors, or other customer reasons. If there is a material defect, misdelivery, lack of quantity or damage during delivery that is not listed on the product page, please contact us promptly after discovery and, if possible, within 7 days after the arrival of the item via the contact form. Product Characteristics
Coffee & Vintage primarily sells pre-owned clothing and vintage items. Items may show signs of wear, age, repairs, fading, odor, minor scratches, or marks. We will let you know the status as much as possible in the description and images on each product page. Many items are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.
Sales quantity and other conditions
The sales quantity will be displayed on each product page. If an item is simultaneously sold through another channel, settlement failure, suspected unauthorized use, or obvious error in the product information, etc., we may cancel the order and refund the received amount.
