Coffee & Vintage Return and Refund Policy

Nature of used and vintage products

Coffee & Vintage (the “Shop”) primarily sells pre-owned clothing and vintage items. Usage, aging, repair marks, fading, odor, fine scratches and dirt, etc., may have used product specific conditions. We will inform you about the condition of the product as much as possible in the description and image on each product page. Color differences due to the viewing environment, minor errors due to the measurement method, and the condition specified on the product page are not grounds for return.

Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience

Except for defective items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed due to differences in appearance, sizing issues, ordering errors, or other customer reasons. The cooling-off system does not apply to mail order sales.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If there is a serious defect not listed on the item page, or if the item arrived differently from the order, has an incorrect quantity, or is damaged during delivery, please do not use, wash, or repair the item, and contact us promptly after discovery and, if possible, within 7 days after the item arrives, with the order number, a description of the problem, and a photo confirming the problem.

If it is our responsibility, we will bear the return shipping cost. If a replacement item cannot be prepared with a single item, etc., we will refund it to the original payment method in principle after confirming the returned item. Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to reflect.

Returns We Cannot Accept

· When it is due to the state described on the product page
· When the condition changes due to customer use, washing, repair, processing or improper storage
· When the product is damaged due to insufficient packaging at the time of return
· If it can not be confirmed as a fraudulent return or a product purchased at our store
