Coffee & Vintage Shipping Policy
Shipping Zone
Coffee & Vintage (the Shop) ships to eligible addresses in Japan shown at checkout. International shipping is not currently available unless explicitly selected on the checkout screen.
Shipping time
As a general rule, we ship within 3 business days of confirming your order and payment. Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and other holidays announced by the store are not included in business days. Orders requiring confirmation, pre-ordered items, disasters, weather, traffic, carrier conditions, and other unavoidable circumstances may be delayed and we will contact you to the extent possible.
Shipping Method, Shipping Cost and Delivery Estimate
· Normal shipping: 800 yen. Free if the price of one order is 7,000 yen or more. Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3-5 business days.
Express delivery: 1,500 yen. Estimated delivery time after shipment is 1-2 business days.
The content displayed on the checkout screen takes precedence. The delivery estimate is not a guarantee, and may vary depending on the delivery destination, remote islands and some areas, busy seasons, weather, and traffic conditions.
Wrong address, prolonged absence and redelivery
Customers must enter accurate shipping information. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, rejection, or failure to collect the shipment within the carrier holding period, you may be charged for the actual cost of redelivery. If you wish to change your address before shipping, please contact us promptly using the contact form on this site with your order number. It may not be possible to change it after shipping.
Damaged or lost in transit
If an item arrives damaged, or if the tracking information is abnormal, please do not discard the packaging and contact us promptly through the contact form on this site with the order number and a verifiable photo. We'll check with the carrier.
Multiple item delivery
Depending on where the items are stored and how they are packaged, we may ship a single order in multiple batches. In this case, we will notify you.
